Major Jagjit Singh Kalsi is the founder of Gurubani Security Pvt. Ltd., which was established in 1997. Before getting into the business and management of Security services, Maj. Kalsi has had a stint in the Corps of Artillery of Indian Army with extensive experience in taking part in major battle training exercises and serving in high altitude and varied tough terrains under extreme weather conditions.
With rich experience of working in high security environments and conflict zones during his service stint with the Indian Army and CRPF, Maj. Jagjit Singh Kalsi utilized his extensive understanding of security to launch GSPL as an entrepreneurial venture in 1997.
He built GSPL into one of the foremost professional security services companies, and one of the leading security providers in India. Maj. Kalsi comes from an elite family of military commanders with deep rooted qualities of discipline, integrity and devotion to duty engrained in their DNA. With an enviable expertise and experience of around 35 yrs. gained both in the Military and private security industry in India, Maj.
Kalsi decided to venture into UAE to set-up business of providing security services called ‘Dragoons Security services LLC’. The strong leadership and immense security background of Maj. Kalsi is instrumental in steering the business operations of ‘Dragoons Security’ in UAE, and providing top notch security services & solutions to the clients based in the Emirates.

In her spare time, Saanya loves to play sports (tennis, badminton & squash), practice yoga, graphic design, and travel.

He was trained in the NCC and has a uniquely poised approach to discipline and management, demonstrating self-confidence and versatility. Reading, playing long drive, and playing badminton are among his favorite pastimes.

Rajesh has been honest, cheerful, open-minded, gentle, sociable throughout his life, and he has a passion for football, driving, and chess. When it comes to his role as patrol supervisor, he is a true professional. The passion and desire he has for his work makes him a real go-getter!
