RECRUITMENT & TRAINING
‘Dragoons Security’ ensures top quality of service with supreme emphasis on the Training aspect for the guarding manpower that are carefully selected and recruited. The selection and recruitment of the guards are done based on strict selection criteria and standards to ensure that the best and most reliable security personnel are employed by ‘Dragoons Security’ for the Security duties.
The recruited personnel are put through stringent vetting procedures before they are inducted into the company. After selection they undergo Professional Security Training at our Central Training centre followed by OJT (On Job Training) specific to the assignment.
The standards of the personnel selected include Language skills of Basic English language and communicative abilities. They are put through a mandatory medical examination, and a physical endurance test to check their physical fitness levels to perform as Security guards.
The standard Training Program in ‘Dragoons Security’ for the Guarding personnel includes – Induction, Basic Training and Refresher courses which are carried out on site at the assignments. This helps to ensure that the training is continuous and keeps the security personnel fully updated and refreshed on the Security duties and responses.
There are special customized training organized for specific projects/ assignments to cater for the Security requirements of the Industry type like Hospitality, Educational, Retail, Hospitals, Logistics, Office/ Building Facility, Manufacturing/ Fabrication, Automotive etc.
All the Security personnel employed have undergone SIRA Training & Certification and are in possession of valid SIRA Licenses.
